犁式卸料器

我公司卸料器是以电液推杆为动力源，工作时通过推杆，带动主副双梨头下落，同时铰链结构带动缓冲床抬升至卸料状态，使胶带工作面平直，梨头刮板与胶带面贴合紧密，将胶带上物料卸入斗中，送到需要场所。卸料完成后启动电液推杆缩回，带动主副犁头抬起到上止点待机状态，并使缓冲床下落，皮带回到运料状态带动可变托辊组由平行变成槽形，让物料平稳通过。
